Downtown location.
Poor reception support, they did not want to pay by card but only cash (while at the same point they had print my full card details with security code as well), reluctance to help with well-known, nearby downtown directions (e.g. "where is the map is the Khao San road" ?), and lack of descriptive free maps of the Bangkok downtown. Also, no breakfast was included with the room.

The hotel room exceeded our expectations of a two star hotel. It was clean and fresh with necessary amenities.
They did not accept credit card for payment in spite of having the means to, which was an inconvenience. On the whole, the stay was fine.

Really good location - 5-10 mins walk to Khao San Rd or river ferry but with lovely streets near at hand with plenty of simple eateries which are way better value than KSRd. Surprisingly peaceful for a city place and rates very reasonable for what you get.

The location was ideal, about 10minutes walk to the river ferry which is an excellent and cheap way to get around, ie to the Grande Palace and Chinatown - also very cheap, 35b. Room is fine, large with good bathroom & a/c, fridge,TV, all comfortable and best of all very quiet. Nice breakfast area, lots of foliage under a covered area with fans. Good choice of breakfast, about 300b per person for hot drink, main ie cheese omelette and toast and bowl of fruit, so not a cheap breakfast, but tasty and very pleasant
Room could do with a bit of a touch up with paint. Beds are very firm, my husband found it perfectly comfortable, I asked for an extra blanket to put under the sheet to soften it, so not necesarily a negative

I thought the staff were helpful there was wifi and it wasn't to far from places that we wanted to visit
It wasn't 5minutes walk from the kohsan road the pictures looked nothing like the rooms and it was very noisy at the night time and it wasn't safe to walk to at night

The location is very good. Near de Khao San road and not to far of the pier. The hotel is located in a quiet area. The staff was helpull and very friendly.
The bathroom needs to be improved, and the cleaning was not so good.

Basic, clean, quiet, friendly staff.
A little hard to find, more expensive than it should have been for what it was.
